Anesthesia is an important part of urological surgery since it protects the patient's comfort and safety during the process. During urological procedures, many forms of anesthesia can be utilized, including general anesthesia, regional anesthesia, and local anesthetic. General anesthesia is the use of drugs to put the patient to sleep and keep them from feeling pain during surgery. The following topics will be covered in this session.
